We know just how you feel, so we’ve put together a list of the most frequently asked questions below which should hopefully resolve your query.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We want to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible, so we have our website set up to accept PayPal & Credit or Debit Cards.
We hope to introduce an online Gift Voucher option in the future too, so keep your eyes peeled for that!

Can I place my order over the phone?

At the moment, unfortunately not. But we plan to introduce this option in the future, because we know that sometimes you just want to speak to someone in this clinical tech-age…

How can I return my purchase for an exchange or refund?

We’re certain that you’ll love your purchase but, on the rare occasion that it’s not right, we’ll be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. Just return the unworn item to us in its original packaging and with all relevant receipts and documentation within 30 days of purchase.

Which brands do you stock?

niaroo.uk is our online web store and is built to showcase only the Nia Roo range of designer inspired jewellery.

Can I have my purchase delivered to another address?

Yes. We understand that you can’t always be at home for the post, so having your order delivered to a different address can make shopping online even more convenient. It’s also really handy when you’re buying a gift for someone too!
Just fill out the separate delivery address section after your billing address details at checkout.

Do you sell Gift Cards or Vouchers?

Not at the moment, but we intend to introduce this option in the future, so keep your eyes peeled!

Do you deliver outside of UK?

We do!
Just select “international delivery” when you’re checking out.

What guarantee do I recieve with my purchase?

We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects.

We know what it’s like, you have passwords for soo many different things and from time to time you forget one or two, or four!
